• We focus on the fundamentals while challenging the girls to be a COMPLETE Basketball Player

• We put an emphasis on increasing each player's Basketball IQ

• We use the ELM Tree of Mastery from PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance)

  • EFFORT - Leave everything you got on the Floor

  • LEARNING - Every time you step on the court is a chance to learn and become a better player and person

  • MISTAKES - These are ok, we just must learn from them and create good habits

• We are NOT a WIN-AT-ALL-COSTS Organization

  • We want to help the girls grow as people on and off the court by learning how to be Gracious in Victory or Defeat

  • We want the girls to become stronger mentally by learning how to deal with adversity

  • We want to play the game the "Right Way" and be respectful to our opponents, officials, and fans

  • We will not waiver in our primary use of Man-to-Man Defense just to Win a Basketball Game
